Surface Preparation
- Primed Surface: Must be free of dust and oil. Use suitable detergents and high-pressure fresh water for cleaning. Do not use hydrocarbon solvents.
- Old Coating: Roughen surface before application.
- Bare Steel: Sandblast to Sa2.5 or grind to St3 level. Surface roughness should be 30–70 μm. Use compatible primer.
- Oil Removal: Wash with clean water and dry before spraying.

Product Application
- This product is a two-component system. The mixing ratio is A:B = 1:7 by weight. The components must be thoroughly mixed according to the specified ratio before use.
- Diluent / Thinner: Deionized water. Stir evenly when diluting.
- Theoretical Coverage: 10 m²/kg.
- Application Methods: Roller coating, brushing, or air spraying.
- Application Tools: Rollers, spray guns, air pumps, brushes, etc.
