Surface Preparation
- Refer to ZoCoo TDS for SH-502 waterproofing membrane
- Concrete must be dried >25 days, renders >5 days
- Surface must be clean, free of dust and dirt, mould, oil etc.
- Prime surface with ZoCoo primer PM-21
Product Preparations
- 2 parts, A & B, mix to recommended ratio
- Mix the two parts thoroughly
- Mix only the amount to be applied within 30 minutes
Application Process
- Prior to surface application ensure the entire substrate surface, including all joints, corners and angles are coated with ZoCoo primer PM-21.
- Apply ZoCoo SH-502 to all joints, corners, angles.
- Apply ZoCoo SH-502 membrane evenly as per the recommended coverage rates.
- Inspect membrane once dry and before tiling, apply additional coat if necessary.
- If a ZoCoo GB-75 topcoat is required, wait at least 2 hours until SH-502 membrane is touch dry before coating.
Safety and First Aid
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and mouth. Refer to MSDS for handling and spill procedures. Store in cool, dry areas away from children. In case of exposure, seek medical help or call the Poison Information Centre.
