Surface Preparation
Concrete must be dried > 25 days, Renders > 5 days
Surface must be clean, free of dust and dirt, mould, oil etc.
Prime surface with ZoCoo primer SCP-01
Product Preparations
Mix only the amount to be applied within 30 minutes
Product Application
- The substrate should be smooth, solid, free of floating ash, no sand, no oil stains and other loose spots. The ceramic tile surface should be used with the special interface agent primer for the best waterproof effect.
- The waterproof coating area needs to be slightly larger than the area where leakage occurs. It should be coated twice. After the first coating is completely dry, the second coating can be applied to achieve better sealing and waterproof effects.
- If there are cracks or holes more than 1mm wide I the coated areas, they need to be repaired with polymer mortar or leak-stopper before coating waterproof.
- After the construction is completed, it needs to be cured for 24 hours before use. During the curing period, avoid contact with water.
