APPLICATION SCOPE It can be used as the first primer on the surface of interior and exterior cement, concrete, metals and other surfaces. It can also be used as alkali-resistant primer for floors, sealing primer for exterior walls, and sealing primer for concrete bridges, as well as other building material substrates except for plastic. COVERAGE It covers 0.3-0.5kg/ m' per coat, depending on surface conditions. Highly porous surfaces require a second coat POT LIFE Approx.30 minutes depends on temperature. CURING TIME 1 hour (Touch dry),7 days (Full cure) APPLICATION INSTRUCTION PM-21 must be thoroughly mixed A:B=1:2 (weight ratio) using a slow speed mixer or hand taking care to avoid introducing too much air into the mix during mixing. Mixing should continue for about 2 minutes or until a homogeneous mixes achieved. Apply by roller or brush. increase the coverage rate or apply a second coat if necessary. Before construction, ensure that the substrates surface must be clean, dry, nonoil stain, no impurities. Cracks need to be sealed. HOW TO CLEAN Cleaned with a damp cloth with a minimum of Xylene, Acetone or Methylated spirits. STORAGE Stored properly in undamaged and original sealed package in dry and cool temperature range +5℃ to +35℃, protect from direct sunlight and frost.
