Product Application
- Generally, the gaps can only be filled with grout one week after the tiles fixed and the cement mortar stabilised.
- Clean the tiles surface and gaps. Make sure the depth of gaps is deeper than ½ of the thickness of the tiles, and the width should not be less than 2mm. Make sure that the gaps between the tiles are completely clean and dry.
- Use a caulking gun to squeeze 30cm material and discard it to prevent uneven mixing.
- During the application process, if there is no continuous application for more than 15 minutes, the grout in the mixing nozzle will be gradually cured. Do not force it out, a new mixing nozzle need to be replaced.
- How to remove cured grout? Heat the grout with a hot air gun and remove with scraper knife.
- Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes and skin. If eyes are contaminated, wash immediately and seek medical help.

Tool 1: Dual barrel caulking gun. Tool 2: Grout pressing tool. Clean tools with equipment using Methyl Ethyl Ketone (Butanone) immediately after use.
